The discovery phase always starts with face-to-face interviews to learn more about our client needs. We assess any existing contracts to see how new technology could change the way you do things and maximize your return on investment. During the discovery phase, we will also set a budget and establish deliverables regarding software and hardware, cabling and service providers. 


Designing the right technology solutions lies at the heart of what we do. Your Account Executive will introduce you to the members of your Service Team including your Project Manager, Lead Engineer, Cabling Engineer and Service Provider. Your Service Team will establish a written copy of your goals, a timeline and a project plan. Cut sheets will be designed for your voice and data network. 


Next, we will proceed with installation(s) including cabling, phone/internet/data center services, hardware, software and pre-configured technology solutions. We test all technology prior to installation and after installation to make sure it will meet your needs. 


Your Teltek Engineer will return the day after installation for a scheduled end-user training class done in groups of 10-20. 1-4 weeks later, depending on your scheduling preference, the Engineer will return again for more training and adjustments. 


Once your system is installed and working properly, Teltek will provide you with 24/7 support by skilled support staff and industry-leading monitoring software. For the 30 days following implementation, Teltek offers complimentary configuration changes and training. We will continue to provide you with single source support and maintenance as your business grows!
