When providing cabling services, we start with a site survey and consider any existing cabling that may be in a reusable condition. Next we create floor plans according to the detail that our customers specify for each space, ensuring that adequate cables are provided for all phones, computers, peripherals, analog devices, overhead paging, audio and video devices. Over the years in the telecommunications industry Teltek has established various relationships and partnerships with a large network of service providers. These agreements enable Teltek’s team to act as the intermediary between the carrier and the customer providing a seamless integration between all three parties (customer, carrier, and equipment vendor). Teltek can save you the time, frustration, and money of coordinating your voice and data services during an office relocation or expansion or just by making changes to your existing service. We start by analyzing your company’s most recent phone/internet bills and categorize each expenditure into an easy to read spreadsheet. Next, we discuss the three to five year plan for your business, and consider the compatibility of your current or new voice and data hardware. We request quotations from two to three of the most compatible services providers, and present you with a quotation that offers a side by side comparison of your current expenditures to the new services being proposed.
